Can one swing buying an android for their programming environment these days?
Programmers and tech heads - I need to buy either a laptop or a tablet for
my next semester, and I really can't avoid it anymore. I have half a mind
to grab the new Nexus 7 since it does have a handful of half-decent IDE
apps out there, but I'm still shying away because there aren't any solid
apps out there that handle git and hg projects well at the moment. If I
buy a windows laptop, I'm gonna want something that has some decent
horsepower under the hood but I really can't break the bank. $600-$700
would be right at the top of my budget.
