Could not find kernal image :boot/syslinux/whichsys.32

Could not find kernal image :boot/syslinux/whichsys.32

I Downloaded the latest Arch Linux .iso and tried booting it using
VMPlayer. This is what comes up
Could not find kernal image:boot/sys/whichsys.32
and puts me at boot: prompt.
When I press Tab I get the following options :
select pxe sys
When I do boot:select It gives the same error.
When I do boot:pxe I get the errors shown in the screenshot
When i do boot:sys it gives the error Could not find kernal
image:boot/sys/vesamenu.32
But when I press Tab again I get a new set of options again shown in the
screenshot
